Home of a Needleworker Too

Here is my version of Home of a Needleworker Too. My favorite color is purple, so I changed some of the colors in this design. Instead of stitching the house and accents in blue, I stitched it in Lavender (from Weeks Dye Works). It's stitched on 28 count Antique White Jobelan.

Hello!

I am a big fan of LHN and CCN and I am so glad to have found this blog so I can share my finished projects. So far this year I have stitched 2 designs:

The first is Home Sweet Home by LHN. I stitched it on 28 count Antique White Jobelan.

... and Beach Cottage by CCN, which is stitched on 32 count Heritage Lugana from Silkweaver. The only alteration I made to this was the white stars. I stitched them in yellow because when they were white, they were hard to see.

Thanks for letting me share!

Home of a Needleworker

Hi,
Thanks for letting me join your group. I have recently gotten into stitching LHN patterns and have finished this piece, now to have it framed.

In Honor of Mama

My grandmother's name was Rose, but my brother and I just called her Mama. She passed away many years ago, but I still think of her often. So, when I saw this Limited Edition Rose Pocket, I knew I had to have it. Rose Sampler is stitched on 32ct Caramel Swirl Opalescent by Silkweaver. I haven't stitched it on the pocket yet, but you get the idea.

Now I will be able to be with my grandmother in thoughts and in stitches.

Season of Growth Finish

"Season of Growth"
Little House Needleworks
18ct Fiddlers Cloth
DMC Threads

The only change I made was the border. I felt that there was enough green, so I used the dark red color for the border. I think the border color change make the design pop. I am going to finish it into a pinkeep with the fabric shown.

Needle Necessities

Hello, I am Timici from Budapest, Hungary and this is my first LHN picture.
The next will be the Cappuccino.
Hugs,

LHN Paper Whites

SDC10727

LHN “Paper Whites” which I stitched on Moss 28c Jobelan with the recommended DMC threads. I backed it with checked fabric shown and finished as a pillow with tassels. I did slightly adapt the design by only doing the leaves border top and bottom and just doing a line of stitches down the side.

Hugs & Stitches,
