A new finish

Hi, I have stitched this beauty using DMC etamin 25ct (color #3743). I'm not going to frame it, I'm making a little bag with it and therefore I'll have to wash it from time to time, so I didn't use Crescent floss; instead I chose DMC #52. For that same reason I didn't stitch the needle and thread; they are done in staright stitches and I was afraid that they got damaged when I keep the bag on my purse. It's a small design but I wanted it to be even smaller because I'll use the bag for my cell phone or my ipod so I stitched it one over one. I hope you like it.

That looks fantastic and will be a beautiful little bag. When you are done, would you please be so kind and show a picture of it? I admire everybody that stitches one over one!

Un motivo muy bonito. Seguro que te quedará un bolsito muy guapo. El próximo comentario que te escriba creo que lo voy a hacer en inglés, así practico. Así que si me equivoco...

I like it a lot! I like the idea of having a purse for an i-pod, too -- I never thought to do it : )

Sure, I'll show the picture although it maybe takes some time. I love cross-stitching but I'm terrible at sewing. Last month i started patchwork classes and I'll wait a little bit to have more practise and then I'll do it. Stitched 1/1 has the perfect size for an i-pod (the big ones, it's maybe too big for the shuffle and nano)
